2023年12月30日,由中共深圳市委宣传部、中国国际设计博物馆指导,深圳市龙岗区人民政府、深圳创新创意设计发展办公室主办,中共深圳市龙岗区委宣传部、深圳市龙岗区文化广电旅游体育局、鹤湖智库承办的2023鹤湖国际海报节展览开幕式暨颁奖典礼在深圳龙岗鹤湖新居正式开启,同日在龙岗区龙城CC创意街区举办学术研讨会。 2023鹤湖国际海报节是基于龙岗的传统文化和客家遗产活化,通过海报节来交流,以竞赛、展览、推广和论坛的方式打造一场有深度、有广度的国际化的视觉海报盛会,呈现本地文化与世界文化的交流互鉴,推动龙岗、深圳乃至大湾区的文化建设和国际影响力。通过海报节来对在地文化进行活化,城市更新、本地文化推动是本次海报节的宗旨。

作为一场国际性的海报竞赛,鹤湖国际海报节以高水准、高专业度,面向全球设计师、设计团体、设计机构征集作品,也得到了国内外广大学术机构、各类媒体的大力支持。自2023年6月2日启动以来,组委会向国内外各大院校和设计团体发出邀请,经过5个月的城市推广,得到了强烈的响应。共计收到来自13个国家和地区,以及110多个院校和设计组织投稿的5307件海报作品。遵循“设计重塑未来”这一大主题,先由初评评审团评选出入围作品241件,入围率为4.5%。后经终评评审团最终遴选出金奖:4件 、银奖 13件、铜奖:25件、优异奖:63件。

On December 30, 2023, guided by the Propaganda Department of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the China International Design Museum, hosted by the Longgang District People's Government and the Shenzhen Innovation and Creative Design Development Office, and organized by the Propaganda Department of the Longgang District Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Cultural, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau of Longgang District, and the Hehu Think Tank, the 2023 Hehu International Poster Festival exhibition opening ceremony and award ceremony officially opened at Hehu New Residence in Longgang, Shenzhen. On the same day, an academic seminar was held in the Longcheng CC Creative Block of Longgang District.  The 2023 Hehu International Poster Festival is based on the revitalization of traditional culture and Hakka heritage in Longgang. Through the poster festival, it aims to exchange ideas and create an international visual poster event with depth and breadth through competitions, exhibitions, promotions, and forums. It presents the exchange and mutual learning of local culture and world culture, and promotes the cultural construction and international influence of Longgang, Shenzhen, and even the Greater Bay Area. The purpose of this poster festival is to revitalize local culture through urban renewal and promote local culture.

As an international poster competition, the Hehu International Poster Festival collects works from designers, design groups, and design institutions around the world with high standards and professionalism. It has also received strong support from academic institutions and various media at home and abroad. Since its launch on June 2, 2023, the organizing committee has extended invitations to major universities and design groups both domestically and internationally. After five months of urban promotion, it has received strong responses. A total of 5307 poster works were received from 13 countries and regions, as well as over 110 universities and design organizations. Following the theme of "Design Reshaping the Future", the preliminary evaluation panel first selected 241 entries, with a shortlist rate of 4.5%. After the final evaluation panel, 4 gold awards, 13 silver awards, 25 bronze awards, and 63 outstanding awards were selected.
