第七届"字酷"国际文字艺术设计学术系列活动
THE 7TH "COOL WORDS" INTERNATIONAL WORDART&DESIGN SERIES EVENTS
由南京艺术学院发起主办的“字酷”国际文字艺术设计展，是一个面向字体研究者、设计者以及院校师生的国际性学术活动，在原创性和探索性中促进文字艺术设计的不断发展与演化。自2016年起“字酷”国际文字艺术设计展已成功举办6届，得到了设计师群体和在校师生的大力支持与积极参与，已然成为设计界广受关注的文字主题类重要展事。本次活动以设计展览、学术论坛以及国际工作坊的形式，旨在搭建一个供业界、学界思想碰撞、交流学习的平台，汇聚国内外知名专家学者、艺术家及设计师的卓越智慧，以开放、多元和批判的视角，推动跨学科多维度的对话。挖掘文字艺术的理论研究和设计实践的深度与广度，梳理文字艺术蕴藏的生活哲学与设计思想，探讨文字艺术在当代社会中的新形式、新意义，激发文字艺术设计的无限可能。
The “Cool Words” International Word Art and Design Exhibition, initiated and hosted by Nanjing University of the Arts, is an international academic event aimed at font researchers, designers, teachers and students from various institutions. It promotes the continuous development and evolution of typography art design through originality and exploration. Since its inception in 2016, the "Cool Words" Exhibition has successfully held six times, receiving robust support and active participation from the designer community, thus becoming an important exhibition of typography themes widely recognized in the design field. This event features exhibitions, academic forums, and international workshops, aiming to create a platform for the diverse ideas and mutual learning. It gathers the exceptional wisdom of renowned experts, scholars, artists, and designers both domestically and internationally, fostering interdisciplinary and multidimensional dialogue through open, diverse, and critical perspectives. The exhibition will delve into the depth and breadth of theoretical research and design practice, clarify the life philosophy and design thinking inherent, and explore new forms and meanings of typography art in contemporary society, to ignite limitless possibilities in word art and design.
